Tissue protein mass spectrometry imaging services

CD BioSciences provides clients with mass spectrometry imaging analysis of proteins in tissues using MALDI technology. Our services enable rapid access to targeted protein profiles of frozen sections or FFPE tissue sections, providing researchers with efficient analytical solutions. Our services include:

MALDI mass spectrometry imaging analysis services

➢ Using MALDI technology, we can image advanced small molecules and transcriptome-related targeted proteins in the same tissue section.
➢ Map protein expression for clients, study metabolic activities, and delve into biological processes related to cellular interactions, tissue homeostasis, and disease progression.

Multiplexing analysis services

We can analyze more than 100 biomarkers simultaneously for our clients without the need for repetitive experiments.

According to clients' needs and sample characteristics, we provide flexible experimental design solutions, including the selection of fluorescent antibodies and combination matching, and free selection of sample regions of interest to meet clients' research needs.

Multiple fluorescent labeled antibody staining

Utilize multiple fluorescently labeled antibodies to stain tissue samples that help clients visualize the expression and localization of different proteins in tissues. Abundant protein expression information can be obtained, helping clients gain a deeper understanding of the functions and interactions of different proteins in the tissues.

High quality image acquisition
