Ex Vivo Tissue Imaging Services

Ex Vivo Tissue Imaging Services

Services Overview

CD BioSciences provides high-quality ex vivo tissue imaging analysis services utilizing advanced tissue imaging technologies and platforms. Our services enable clients to visualize cellular distribution and structural changes in a variety of deep tissues and assess the efficacy of therapeutic candidates in deep tissues. In addition, through our imaging platform and analysis tools, the effects of single and combination therapies on tumor tissues can be accurately assessed, providing clients with accurately measured experimental results.

Ex Vivo Tissue Imaging Services

Whole tissue 3D ex vivo imaging services

CD BioSciences provides clients with high-quality whole-tissue 3D imaging services for ex vivo imaging of tissue samples, including observation of cellular distribution and structural changes. Our services include, but are not limited to:

Deep tissue imaging analysis services

Using tissue transparency technology, CD BioSciences can perform whole-tissue 3D imaging analysis of deep tissues for clients to visualize cell distribution and structural changes (e.g., blood vessels, lymphatic vessels, peritoneum) in the following deep tissues, which mainly include:

➢ Primary tumors, metastatic tissues

➢ Chimeric models in various tissues (lymph nodes, kidneys, etc.)

Drug delivery and validation services

CD BioSciences utilizes tissue transparency and 3D imaging technology platforms to provide drug delivery and efficacy assessment services - helping clients deliver therapeutic drug candidates to deep tissues and observe the distribution and effects of the drugs in tissues. Our services include the following:

➢ Real-time monitoring and quantitative assessment of drug delivery effect to accelerate the drug development process.

➢ Determine the drug's diffusion range, concentration distribution and duration.

3D ex vivo tumor tissue imaging services

CD BioSciences provides advanced 3D ex vivo tumor tissue imaging services utilizing high-content imaging platforms and 3D model analysis platforms (e.g., organoid and spheroid cultures), which help clients evaluate the drug effects of single therapies and combination therapies for tumor tissues. Our services mainly include the following:

High content imaging (HCI) analysis service

Provide detailed analysis of drug effects with the support of high content imaging (HCI) technology. Through high-resolution imaging of tumor tissue, we are able to accurately measure the tumor-killing effect of a drug and the proliferation of immune cells, and assess the efficacy and side effects of a drug.

Immuno-oncology (I/O) drug evaluation service

Using endogenous immune cells we can help clients evaluate immuno-oncology (I/O) drugs, including checkpoint inhibitors (ICI), and assess its effect on tumors. Through study of immune cell activity in the tumor microenvironment and the intervention effect of drugs, researchers can understand the potential and limitations of immunotherapy and optimize immunotherapy strategies.

Our 3D ex vivo tumor tissue imaging services advantages

➢ Protect the biological properties of tumor tissues to ensure the reliability and representativeness of experimental results.

➢ Imaging 3D cultures based on high-throughput imaging platform to realize effective evaluation of combined drug therapy.

➢ Image analysis using specialized software to accurately measure phenotypic changes induced by small molecules and novel therapeutic approaches.
