Imaging of Muscle Tissue Functions

Imaging of Muscle Tissue Functions

Services Overview

Muscle tissue functional imaging analysis can help researchers gain a comprehensive understanding of muscle tissue structure, function, and related disease mechanisms. CD BioSciences provides professional services to help clients prepare muscle tissue sections, characterize and quantify proteins and molecular markers, analyze muscle fiber types and characteristics, and provide 3D microstructural imaging analysis and animal models in vivo fluorescence imaging. Through our imaging analysis, researchers can gain insights into the kinetic characteristics and structural features of muscle tissues, providing valuable information for studying therapeutic strategies for degenerative muscle diseases.

Imaging of Muscle Tissue Functions

Muscle tissue immunohistochemistry and molecular imaging services

CD BioSciences provides professional muscle tissue functional imaging analysis services to help researchers gain in-depth understanding of muscle tissue structure, function and related disease mechanisms. In addition, we will utilize automated image analysis software to help our clients extract quantitative information on muscle tissues from images. Our services include but are not limited to the following:

Muscle tissue sectioning service

We utilize frozen sectioning technology to help clients prepare muscle tissue as thin slices for subsequent immunohistochemical and molecular imaging analysis.

Histological and immunohistochemical muscle tissue characterization service

Using histology and immunohistochemistry techniques, we can characterize specific proteins, cell types and molecular markers in muscle tissue. Our services mainly include:

  • Antibody labeling and quantitative analysis

Use of specific antibody labeling allows detection and quantitative analysis of the expression level and distribution of specific proteins in muscle tissue, and understanding of the functions and roles of different proteins in muscle tissue.

  • Quantitative analysis of multiple myosin heavy chain (MyHC)

Use the mouse skeletal muscle model, we can perform quantitative analysis of multimyosin heavy chain (MyHC) to study the distribution and proportion of different types of muscle fibers.

  • Macrophage population imaging analysis

Use of immunohistochemical techniques allows us to analyze macrophage populations in lateral femoral muscle satellite cells and gastrocnemius muscle to understand the distribution and function of macrophages in muscle tissue.

  • Analysis of muscle fibers in osteoarthritis disease models

By labeling fiber boundaries and using specific antibodies to identify different isoforms of myosin heavy chains, we can help clients analyze the distribution of muscle fiber types in osteoarthritis disease models.

Myofiber 3D microstructural imaging analysis services

CD BioSciences provides 3D microstructural imaging analysis services of myofibers to explore the structural characteristics of skeletal muscle fibers at the micrometer level by using advanced 3D imaging technology to perform high-resolution imaging analysis of samples. Our main services include:

Myofiber atrophy analysis service

We will observe and quantify the characteristics of myofiber atrophy at different stages for our clients, including fiber flexion, fiber loss and fiber splitting.

3D microstructure analysis service

Using high-resolution 3D imaging technology, we can help our clients display the microstructural features of muscle fibers, including fiber splitting and fiber swelling.

Animal model muscle tissue in vivo fluorescence imaging services

CD BioSciences provides in vivo fluorescence imaging of animal model muscle tissues, which can help clients track the location of transplanted fluorescent protein-tagged cells in mouse skeletal muscle. Our services include:

Analysis of transplanted cell number and distribution

Quantitative analysis of changes in the number and distribution of transplanted cells, providing data on the survival and spread of transplanted cells in muscle tissue, evaluating the effectiveness of treatments and studying the effects of stem cell transplantation.

Time series analysis

In vivo fluorescence imaging enables us to perform time series analysis of the fate of transplanted cells. Through continuous imaging and quantitative measurements, we can observe and quantify changes in the number and distribution of grafted cells in the same muscle region, providing critical information for studying the treatment of degenerative muscle diseases.

CD BioSciences has a professional team and advanced imaging equipment. The whole process of imaging of muscle tissue functions is operated by experienced technicians to ensure the accuracy of the experiment. If you have any needs, please feel free to contact us.
