In Vivo Tissue Imaging Services

In Vivo Tissue Imaging Services

In vivo tissue imaging can be used to visualize tissues within living organisms, providing detailed information about the structure and anatomical features of the tissues. In vivo tissue imaging has a wide range of applications, including oncology research, infectious diseases, inflammation, metabolic diseases, neurology, gene therapy, cardiovascular disease, immunology and transplantation biology, toxicology and drug metabolism research.

Services overview

CD BioSciences can provide clients with live animal in vivo tissue imaging analysis services using bioluminescence (labeling cells or DNA with luciferase genes), fluorescence technology (using fluorescent reporter genes such as green fluorescent protein, red fluorescent protein, FITC, Cy5, Cy7) and multimodal imaging systems.

In Vivo Tissue Imaging Services

Bioluminescence imaging (BLI) technology services

CD BioSciences provides our clients with highly specific and precise in vivo imaging analysis of living animals using bioluminescence imaging (BLI) technology. Our services mainly include:

labeling Imaging technology service

We perform BLI imaging using luciferase gene labeling technology to generate visible light signals to accurately localize and monitor specific biological events or targets. In addition. We can help our clients to obtain the lowest background signal from animal tissues, achieve highly specific imaging analysis, and improve the quality and accuracy of imaging signals.

Deep tissue imaging service

Luciferase gene labeling generates light signals that can penetrate tissues to achieve a large imaging depth. We use BLI technology to help our clients monitor biological events in deep tissues, such as tumor growth and cell migration, and provide real-time quantitative analysis.

Deep tissue imaging service

Fluorescence imaging (FLI) technology services

Biological target visualization and quantification analysis service

We utilize fluorescent reporter genes to label biological targets of interest (e.g., specific cell types, protein expression, gene expression) for our clients. Through fluorescence imaging, we are able to visualize and quantify the distribution and expression levels of these biological targets in live animals at real-time, helping our clients to understand biological processes, disease progression, and the efficacy of therapeutic strategies.

Drug candidate efficacy assessment service

Labeling of fluorescent reporter genes enables us to track the distribution, metabolism and efficacy of drugs in animals, helping our clients to evaluate the efficacy and toxicity of drugs, optimize therapeutic regimens and guide the drug development process.

Label injection services

Customized protocols

According to the clients' needs, we provide suitable experimental animals (e.g., mice, rats) and develop labeling solutions for clients based on the characteristics and target models.

In vivo label injection service

We inject labels (drugs, cells or lentiviruses, etc.) into experimental animals to ensure its accurate localization and distribution. Through our in vivo tissue imaging platform, clients can observe the distribution and dynamics of the labels.
