RNA Structure Imaging Services

RNA is usually transcribed from DNA, which is a bridge for DNA expression to produce proteins, and plays a vital role in a variety of cellular activities. Because RNA sequence is conservative, its function mainly depends on the secondary structure of RNA. The secondary structure of RNA is a double-stranded structure formed according to the principle of base complementary pairing. In addition, RNA can fold into high-level structures and form dynamic complexes with effector proteins. Visual analysis of these 3D structures of RNA is still challenging. Therefore, it is necessary to develop effective imaging techniques to study RNA folding and its structure.

RNA Structure Imaging Analysis

RNA-protein interaction is the basis of RNA molecular structure and function. Due to its strong adaptability and concise experiment, chemical detection has become a widely applicable method for analyzing RNA structure and RNA-protein interaction. However, chemical detection cannot visualize and characterize RNA structure and RNA-protein interactions in living cells.

CD BioSciences has been committed to the research and development of fluorescent probes and imaging technology for many years. We can image and analyze the structure of different types of RNA and the interaction between proteins and different types of RNA in cells by RNA fluorescent in situ hybridization.
