Description:A tissue microarray was created using carcinoma samples from multiple organs, along with matched non-metastatic lymph node tissue. It included 28 cases of squamous cell carcinoma, 4 cases of adenocarcinoma, 11 cases of invasive ductal carcinoma, and single cases of bronchioloalveolar carcinoma, carcinoid, transitional cell carcinoma, clear cell carcinoma, and papillary carcinoma. Each case had duplicate cores. The design and corresponding code for this microarray was MET961a.
