Description:The tissue microarray included 53 cases of colon adenocarcinoma and 40 cases of rectal adenocarcinoma. Each case had 2 cores representing the tumor and 2 cores representing the matched adjacent normal tissue. The microarray covered clinical stages I-IV, and 60% of the cases had detailed TNM information. The pathology grades included 1-2, 2, and 3.
