Description:A tissue microarray was created using metastatic carcinoma samples from multiple organs. It included 8 cases from the lung, 4 from the larynx, 2 from the liver, 4 each from the stomach and small intestine, 3 from the rectum, 6 from the colon, 4 each from the esophagus and kidney, 2 from the prostate, and 4 each from the bladder, pancreas, ovary, uterus, cervix, breast, skin, and thyroid. Each case was represented by a single core.
