It includes 27 cases of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma, 3 cases of adenosquamous carcinoma, and 10 cases each of adenocarcinoma, small cell undifferentiated carcinoma, metastatic carcinoma, carcinoma in situ, hyperplasia, and inflammation. Additionally, it has 8 cases of normal adjacent tissue and 6 cases of normal tissue. Each case has duplicated cores.
