Description:A tissue microarray representing the spectrum of colon diseases (colon cancer progression). It includes 29 cases of adenocarcinoma, 10 cases of metastatic carcinoma, 5 cases each of adenoma, polyp, and inflammation, 4 cases of Crohn's disease, 7 cases of hyperplasia, and 5 cases each of matched or unmatched cancer adjacent tissue, adjacent normal tissue, and normal tissue. Each case has a single core per block.
