Description:A tissue microarray was created to represent the spectrum of smooth muscle and striated muscle diseases. It included 25 cases each of leiomyoma and leiomyosarcoma, 3 cases of epithelioid leiomyosarcoma, 16 cases of rhabdomyosarcoma, 1 case of proliferative myositis, and 5 cases each of adjacent normal smooth muscle tissue and normal skeletal muscle tissue. Each case had a single core.
