Introduction:Protein Blocker / Antibody Diluent is used to dilute ascites, supernatants, purified antibodies, and polyclonal antibodies. The reagent is designed to minimize the non-specific reaction that may be caused by non-specific antibody interactions and encourages specific antigen-antibody binding.
