Description:A high-density microarray was constructed to analyze tumor and normal tissue from multiple organs. It includes 20 types of tumors such as bladder, cerebrum, breast, and colon, as well as corresponding normal control samples. The lung and skin categories have a larger representation, with 48 cases of carcinoma and 8 cases of normal lung tissue for the lung category, and 40 cases of carcinoma, 8 nevus samples, and 8 normal skin tissue samples for the skin category. Each case in the microarray has a single core.
Core Type:Benign tumor, Malignant tumor, Malignant tumor, Malignant tumor (stage I), Malignant tumor (stage IA), Malignant tumor (stage IB), Malignant tumor (stage IC), Malignant tumor (stage II), Malignant tumor (stage IIA), Malignant tumor (stage IIB), Malignant tumor (stage III), Malignant tumor (stage IIIA), Malignant tumor (stage IIIB), Malignant tumor (stage IIIC), Malignant tumor (stage IV), Malignant tumor (stage IVA), NAT, Normal tissue
