Description:A tissue microarray was created using head and neck tumor samples along with normal tissue. It included 104 cases of squamous cell carcinoma, 7 cases of adenoid cystic carcinoma, 7 cases of mucoepidermoid carcinoma, and 1 case each of sarcomatoid carcinoma, undifferentiated carcinoma, acinar cell carcinoma, epithelial myoepithelial carcinoma, and papillary adenocarcinoma. Additionally, there were 8 normal head and neck tissue samples, mostly with a single core per case.
