Description:This tissue microarray focuses on carcinomas of the digestive system, including the esophagus, stomach, colon, rectum, liver, and pancreas. It includes 6 cases of esophagus squamous cell carcinoma, 6 cases of stomach adenocarcinoma, 6 cases of colon adenocarcinoma, 5 cases of rectum adenocarcinoma, 6 cases of hepatocellular carcinoma, and 6 cases of pancreas adenocarcinoma. Additionally, there are 35 cases of matched adjacent normal tissue. Each case has duplicate cores.
