Description:A tissue microarray was created using colon primary carcinoma and metastatic carcinoma samples. It included 30 cases of primary adenocarcinoma, 30 cases of metastasis adenocarcinoma (4 of which matched with primary adenocarcinoma), and 3 cases each of colon, liver, and lymph node tissue. Each block had a single core.
