Usage
The kit contains the following polymer enzyme conjugates: polymer-HRP anti-mouse IgG, polymer-AP anti-rat IgG, and polymer-HRP anti-rabbit IgG, along with three substrates/chromogens: DAB (brown), Permanent Red (red), and DAB-Ni (black). This kit utilizes a non-biotin system to avoid non-specific binding caused by endogenous biotin.
